Job Description

Hiring for Team Leader

Pre-requisites:

Graduate or equivalent practical experience in the industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Lead role
Prior experience in contact center industry (Inbound voice preferred)
Ability to speak and understand English & Hindi
Strong verbal and written communication

Minimum Skills to Hire:

B2 and above in communication (Versant/AMCAT)
Demonstrate coaching skills and lead teams in the right direction
Experience in conducting team huddles, coaching, and one-on-ones
Conflict resolution and team morale management
Ability to manage shift rosters and attendance
Understanding of key contact center metrics (AHT, Utilization, SLA, etc.)
Experience in performance tracking and reporting
Ability to analyze trends and implement corrective actions
Ability to deliver constructive feedback
Active listening and empathy in team interactions
Stakeholder management (internal and external)

Only Immediate joiner considered.
