About The Role :
PositionTeam Lead Accounts Receivable & Collections
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
Location: GERA, Kharadi, Pune.
About the Role
We are looking for a Team Lead to manage and guide a team of 1520 associates in the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections process. This role involves coaching, technical training, and ensuring accurate and efficient application of customer payments. You will play a key part in driving process improvements, maintaining service levels, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 1520 associates, acting as a liaison between associates and supervisors.

Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to maintain service standards.

Assist associates with complex work situations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Review processes and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.

Conduct audits, identify exceptions, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Communicate escalations and critical issues to supervisors promptly.

Drive continuous development plans and hold team members accountable for performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12 years of experience in team management (preferred).
Mandatory: Proven experience in
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections.
Preferred: Knowledge of Billing processes.

Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, including
Macros, data analysis, and summarization.

Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and adapt to changing business needs.

Effective leadership and team-building skills.
