We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team as a Team Leader - Highway & Bridge in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction project management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage highway and bridge projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress against targets.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in road and bridge projects.
Strong understanding of transportation and highway engineering principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proficiency in estimation, tendering, and contract management processes.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
