Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective channel management, client meetings, and target planning.
Develop and execute strategies for field sales activities, including primary sales, retail sales, B2C sales, direct sales, insurance sales, mutual funds sales, SIPs, ULIPs, GIs & MFs.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity to drive growth in investment products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve overall performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in field sales or related roles with expertise in investment plans (investment products).
Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels such as channel sales strategy development.
Proven track record of achieving revenue generation targets through effective sales activities like client meeting management.
