Location: Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Surat , Udaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Vadodara

Total Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory in Low Voltage Switchgear Sales)

Role Overview:

Dewon Electric Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Sales Managers with strong expertise in Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within the LV product segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Low Voltage Switchgear products (MCB, MCCB, ACB, Contactors, Panels, DBs, etc.).
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in industrial, commercial & EPC segments.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
Maintain relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Ensure timely order processing, payment follow-up, and documentation.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

For Sales Manager level:

Lead and guide the sales team.
Develop sales strategies and expansion plans.
Manage key accounts and high-value clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years experience in Low Voltage Switchgear sales.
Strong technical knowledge of LV products and applications.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle client meetings and travel for business development.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.Role & responsibilities
