Ecommerce Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and enhance our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory updates, sales tracking, and optimizing the customer journey across our e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Shopsy, and company website. Upload and update product listings with accurate content, images, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock availability. Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales and performance reports. Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and product positioning. Optimize product pages for SEO, conversion rates, and customer experience. Assist in running digital campaigns, promotions, and offers on e-commerce platforms. Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints in coordination with the customer service team. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and supply chain teams for product launches and promotions. Track and analyse metrics like traffic, conversions, AOV (average order value), cart abandonment, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce tools. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data analytics. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
