Area Sales Head

Roles & responsibilities:

• Sales Process Management

  : Oversee the entire sales process, including Prospecting, Profiling, Appointments, Meetings, Needs Analysis, Pitching, Closing, Processing, and Documentation. Ensure that leads are generated, converted, and documented effectively.

• Business Partner (BP) Management

  : Drive BPs to increase enrollments and profitability. This includes regular interactions, resolving BP complaints, and providing support to meet billing targets.

• Network Development

  : Actively network within communities to find and attract new business opportunities, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the business.

• Infrastructure and Compliance

  : Support BPs with infrastructure setup, branding, marketing collaterals, IT & software setup, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

• Training and Support

  : Provide training and knowledge support to BP staff and counsellors, conduct seminars at colleges, and engage with students when required to increase enrollments.

• Reporting and Analysis

  : Regularly review Sales Reports, track leads generated and conversions, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
