Area Sales Head

As the head of the beverage business in western Odisha and the cement sales business in Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of these key areas. Your role will involve overseeing the sales and distribution networks, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the overall profitability of the businesses. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed business decisions **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in sales and business development - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the beverage or cement industry is a plus Joining our company, you will enjoy benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
