Area Sales Head

As the spearhead of the beverage business in western Odisha and the cement sales business across Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chattisgarh, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for both the beverage and cement businesses - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners - Lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue and market share growth - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion - Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred - Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of the beverage or cement industry is a plus Joining our team comes with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
