Area Sales Head

We are looking for a Area Sales Head with proven experience in rooftop solar sales to lead and scale our sales operations in Central Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solar EPC business development, team leadership, channel partnerships, and sales strategy execution.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing regional teams, developing new markets, and ensuring high conversion ratios from lead to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for residential and commercial rooftop solar projects across assigned regions.
• Lead, train, and motivate inside sales and field sales teams to achieve regional targets.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, and business associates to expand market reach.
• Strategize and execute regional sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure timely proposal submission, negotiation, and closure of the projects
• Track and analyze regional sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
