Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive the sales team responsible for Data Science, AI & Machine Learning program enrollments. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven EdTech sales expertise and the ability to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counsellors to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

* Drive end-to-end sales for Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning courses.

* Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve team performance and closing techniques.

* Manage leads through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.

* Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and reduce drop-offs.

* Handle escalated queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to the management team.

* Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align on campaigns and conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 2–3 years of experience in EdTech sales with team management exposure.

✔ Proven track record of selling Data Science, AI & ML programs.

✔ Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.

✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (MBA preferred).
