Position: Admission Counsellor – Investment Banking Program Location: Sector-02, Noida Experience: At least 6 months in counselling, sales, or customer service Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to assist aspiring professionals and students in enrolling for our Investment Banking certification course. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping them make informed decisions about their career path . Key Duties and Responsibilities • Reach out to potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to share information about the program. • Assess the interests and career objectives of prospects to suggest the most appropriate course. • Clearly present the curriculum, benefits, and outcomes of the Investment Banking program. • Regularly follow up with leads to ensure a smooth admissions process. • Accurately maintain records of leads, inquiries, and enrolled participants. • Collaborate with internal departments to arrange demo sessions and resolve applicant queries. • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admissions goals and report updates to management. Qualifications • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in counselling, academic advising, telesales, or a related domain. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Confident in presenting academic or finance-related programs (comprehensive training will be provided). • Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications • Interest in finance or basic understanding of investment banking. • Prior experience in an EdTech firm or educational institution. Show more Show less
