Location: Office Location: GC76+496, Bhutani Alphathum, Tower B, (22nd Floor), Sector 90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201305 Work Mode: Work From Office Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Shift Timing: Night Shift (Aligned with USA Time Zones – EST/PST) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) + Performance-Based Incentives Job Summary: We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor for our night shift team to handle calls and admissions for students in the USA. The ideal candidate will work from our Noida office and be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them through the entire admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and attend inbound queries from prospective students in the USA. Counsel students about educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities. Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process. Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Update and manage student information in the CRM system accurately. Meet and exceed targets related to calls, conversions, and admissions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and experienced can both apply Excellent communication skills in English. Willingness to work night shifts (USA time zones). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Must be comfortable working from an office in Noida. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the US education system or experience in international counseling. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and telecommunication tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
