Job Title: Support Intern (US Client Support) Company: Digicrome Academy Location: Remote (Work from Home) Stipend: ā¹5,000 per month Working Hours: Flexible, but availability required between 8 PM to 5 AM IST Company Description: Digicrome Academy is the leading brand in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence education in Asia, offering online professional certification training and courses in over 60 countries. Internship Responsibilities: Assist in answering inbound calls and addressing client queries professionally with a clear and neutral accent. Coordinate with backend teams (academic, tech, operations) to support smooth communication and resolution of client issues. Help maintain and update support trackers and internal Excel/Google Sheets. Follow up on client requests, contribute to issue resolution, and ensure a positive client experience. Support email and chat interactions as needed. Share daily updates and status reports with the support team lead. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills ā both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Prior internship or academic exposure to client support or communication is a plus. Ability to work independently and remain available during US hours (8 PM to 5 AM IST).
