Team Leader (Data Science - EdTech Sales)

Role Overview: As a Team Leader at Digicrome, your main responsibility will be to manage and drive the sales team focusing on enrollments for Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning programs. You should be a strong leader with expertise in EdTech sales, capable of achieving ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counsellors to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment goals. - Drive end-to-end sales for Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning courses. - Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and closing techniques. - Manage leads using CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry. - Develop strategies to boost lead conversion rates and minimize drop-offs. - Address escalated queries and ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to the management team. - Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align on campaigns and conversion strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 23 years of experience in EdTech sales with prior team management exposure. - Demonstrated success in selling Data Science, AI & ML programs. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales processes. - Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (MBA preferred).
