Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement strategies. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently. Analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Support Team Lead or similar supervisory role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements. Experience developing and delivering training programs. Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
