Team Leader - Customer Support

You will be working at COOX (pronounced as Cooks), India's leading platform for booking Professional Chefs, Daily Cooks, Bartenders, Waiters, and Kitchen Cleaners for various events like house parties, birthdays, weddings, and special occasions at home. With a strong presence in more than 20 cities in India, we have successfully served over 5 Lakh customers and have built a network of 3,000+ trained service professionals. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include leading and managing the operations team to ensure smooth handling of bookings. You will be responsible for coordinating between the operations and marketing teams, customers, partners, and vendors to enhance service delivery. Managing end-to-end business operations, handling queries, complaints, and escalations, as well as ensuring the seamless execution of processes will be crucial aspects of your role. Your role will also involve ensuring a consistent supply by onboarding new partners and vendors, launching services in new cities, and providing training and motivation to the team to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and retention. You will define and analyze key metrics and KPIs to effectively track progress and performance.
