Job Description

As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, overseeing the daily operations of the customer support department. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will involve leading, motivating, and developing a team of customer support representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and guidance to perform effectively. You will lead and manage the customer support team, focusing on delivering high-quality service, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies. Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, you will efficiently resolve issues and analyze customer feedback and support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Conducting regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations will be part of your routine to maintain a positive, collaborative, and productive team environment. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Customer Support Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role, demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements are essential. Experience in developing and delivering training programs, proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively are also required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off.
