Job Role: Team Leader

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure every customer receives warm, personalized, and luxury service

• Maintain a calm, elegant environment that reflects the brands premium identity

• Train the team to offer guided tastings, gifting consultations, and product storytelling

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and schedule staff to ensure optimal floor coverage and energy

• Drive team motivation, performance reviews, and grooming standards

• Support onboarding and continuous training of staff in line with brand guidelines

Store Operations & Inventory

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, stock checks, and cash

management

• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments

• Ensure adherence to all SOPs, especially airport regulations and compliance

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Achieve store sales targets through active floor leadership and sales coaching

• Track daily performance, analyze customer patterns, and suggest ideas to improve

conversion and upselling

• Maintain proper reporting on sales, footfall, and staff KPIs

Visual Merchandising & Presentation

• Ensure the store is visually stunning and displays are aligned with VM guidelines

• Coordinate seasonal updates and brand campaigns in-store

What Were Looking For:

• 6 years of experience in premium or luxury retail/hospitality (chocolates, food, beauty, or

fashion preferred)

• Strong leadership with excellent communication and grooming

• Passion for customer experience, attention to detail, and a refined sense of aesthetics

• Comfortable working in airport shift schedules and maintaining high standards daily

• Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented
