Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide and inspire our team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, with a proven track record of driving team success and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Develop and implement effective strategies for team performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

4-9 years of experience in a leadership role.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in project management and strategic planning.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is a plus.
Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential.
Improving the team and facilitating the communication among the members of team.
Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives, including conversion targets.
