Team Leader – Blue Collar Recruitment Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment/staffing (blue-collar preferred) Location: work from home Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and energetic Team Leader with prior experience in blue-collar recruitment and staffing. The candidate will be responsible for handling a small recruitment team, achieving daily/weekly targets, and ensuring smooth end-to-end hiring operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various blue-collar roles (delivery, warehouse, logistics, etc.). Coordinate with clients and understand manpower requirements. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring performance. Train and support recruiters in interview techniques and sourcing methods. Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of candidates. Report daily progress and recruitment metrics to management. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/staffing (preferably blue-collar). Strong knowledge of bulk hiring and sourcing channels. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage a small team and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Must be target-oriented and self-driven.
