Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Team Leader to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team of insurance consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team to achieve set business targets. Key Responsibilities Team Recruitment & Development Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Consultants (LICs) or Agents. Conduct training sessions and provide on-the-job coaching. Ensure team readiness for IRDAI certification. Sales Target Achievement Drive the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor daily activities of team members. Submit regular reports to management on team productivity and goal attainment. Customer Relationship Management Support consultants in customer acquisition and servicing. Ensure excellent post-sale support to maintain client satisfaction and retention. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (preferred) 1–5 years of experience in insurance, banking, or sales leadership Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to motivate and manage a sales team Familiarity with insurance regulations and IRDAI processes (preferred) Benefits Attractive incentive structure Recognition programs and career growth opportunities Training and development support.
