Job Title - Team Lead Process engineer

Qualification - B.E / M.Tech Mechanical
Experience - 10 -12 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Interpreting tender documents and preparation of deviations and clarifications / technical data sheets and drawings
Basics of preparing PFDs/P & IDs, auxiliary equipment sizing, BOM
Learn and perform boiler performance, efficiency calculations, heat & mass transfer calculations.
Participate Technical discussions with customer and consultant
Assist lead engineers with programming, document release and drawing release
Critical Competencies for the Job :
Knowledge of Basic Power plant cycles and Heat transfer
Hands on experience in KED / OEM design softwares
Basic functional knowledge of AFBC / CFBC / TG Boilers / HRSGs and WHRBs
Knowledge of various codes like IBR / ASME / API Codes
Familiarity with powerplant, refinery, cement and other major industry processes
Ability to work in cross functional teams, intra and inter department
Ability to interact & influence international and domestic customers
Logical & analytical abilities Futuristic skills which might require in case of advancement in role / position:
Multi product work exposure
