Role & responsibilities

L

  • Manage a team of 10-15 members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Handle client escalations in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including monitoring workloads, setting priorities, and providing guidance on project execution.
  • Develop strategies for improving team performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in handling teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of client management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts resolution effectively through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
