Looking for a Team Leader – Tele Sales with up to 4+ years of experience in hardcore tele sales! If you’ve worked in BPO, insurance, or banking and are ready to lead a team, hit targets, and grow your career, this is the role for you!
Locations:
Noida – 4 openings
Mayapuri (Delhi) – 2 openings
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and coaching a team of 20–25 tele sales executives
Driving performance and achieving sales targets
Training and mentoring team members for success
Handling escalations and ensuring smooth operations
Collaborating with other teams to improve processes
What we’re looking for:
2 to 4+ years of hardcore tele sales experience
Experience in Education/BPO / insurance / banking sectors
Strong communication skills (min. 8/10)
Experience managing teams of 20–25 members
Energetic, goal-oriented, and ready for challenges
Open to face-to-face interviews at Noida or Mayapuri
Salary: Up to 7 LPA
