Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Present and promote IT services/solutions to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
Maintain strong follow-up and nurture leads until closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (IT/Business background preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills (English & regional languages).
Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
