Key Responsibilities

🔹

Lead & Mentor the TA Team

  • Guide recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing
  • Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and encourage growth
🔹

Drive Recruitment Strategy

  • Build effective hiring strategies across multiple functions
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and DEI initiatives
🔹

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
  • Share recruitment insights, market updates & hiring analytics
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and job portals
🔹

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & hiring regulations
  • Track key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring
🔹

Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with HR & Marketing to strengthen employer brand
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices & competitor insights

🎓 Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field✔ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including

2+ years in a leadership role

Strong experience in IT hiring (mandatory)

✔ Expertise with ATS, HR tools, and sourcing platforms✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & analytical skills✔ Proven ability to meet hiring targets and lead high-performing teams✔ Sound knowledge of labor laws & recruitment complianceSkills: recruitment,talent acquisition,sourcing,interpersonal skills,hr software,decision-making,leadership,stakeholder management,diversity & inclusion,applicant tracking systems,organization,teams,recruitment strategy,communication skills,employer branding,skills,process improvement,knowledge of labour laws,diversity and inclusion,analytical skills,recruiting tools,labour laws,hiring,team leadership
