Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and impactful posts. 📢 Campaign Management Plan and execute data-driven social media campaigns that boost engagement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize reach and virality. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms. 🔥 Trend Spotting & Innovation Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy. Experiment with new formats and creative ideas to keep our audience hooked. Identify fresh opportunities for innovative brand storytelling. 💬 Engagement & Community Building Foster an active and engaged online community that aligns with our brand’s values. Interact with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions. Respond to queries and ensure a positive brand reputation across platforms. 📊 Analytics & Growth Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and strategy. Track key metrics and report on growth, engagement, and campaign success. What You Bring to the Table ✅ 2+ years of experience leading a social media team (preferred). ✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management. ✅ Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). ✅ Strong content creation skills—experience with Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is a plus! ✅ A data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting. ✅ The ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence. ✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
