Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 610 Sales/Admissions Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and real-time feedback sessions.
  • Maintain strict discipline, ensure attendance, and uphold process adherence within the team.
  • Drive accountability no excuses, only outcomes.

2. Sales & Revenue Ownership

  • Own the

    P&L

    for your vertical — from leads to closures.
  • Drive

    student enrolments

    through inbound/outbound calling, consultations, and counselling.
  • Achieve

    100% of assigned revenue targets

    consistently.
  • Identify sales leaks, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure maximum ROI on leads.

3. Process & Performance Excellence

  • Implement data-driven strategies for higher lead conversions and lower drop-offs.
  • Monitor CRM dashboards, call recordings, and pipeline reports daily.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with internal communication, pitch, and follow-up protocols.
  • Track and report team KPIs — conversions, talk-time, lead usage, and revenue.

4. Training & Development

  • Conduct regular product and pitch training sessions for the team.
  • Groom team members into individual performers and future leaders.
  • Identify skill gaps and work closely with the L&D team to bridge them.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless lead flow and learner experience.
  • Communicate market feedback, learner expectations, and competitor insights to management

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum Experience:

    3–6 years in EdTech / B2C Inside Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Leader or Assistant Manager role.
  • Proven track record of

    team target achievement

    and

    high conversion ratios

  • Strong leadership presence

    — ability to influence, discipline, and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools, Excel reporting, and performance tracking systems.
