Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Team Lead from the real estate industry to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of market trends and buyer behavior. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Mentor team members through regular training and performance reviews. Identify high-potential markets and customer segments for targeted campaigns. Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and customers. Report regularly on team performance and sales forecasting. Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Requirements : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Team Lead or similar role). Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, market dynamics, and client management. Proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners is a plus.
