Team Lead

• Team Leads required for Renewals process in Pune location

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a team size of 15 to 20 Associates
• Experienced in managing performance of the associates
• Manage end to end renewals process
• Collaborate with the sales team and various internal teams to get the renewals in time
• Ability to connect with the Sr Stakeholders in the client org at VP level
• Develop strategies to have higher renewals rate
• Negotiations skills
• Work towards enhancing the customer satisfaction
• Anticipate analyse issues in the renewals process and work with Customer to address the issues proactively
• Escalate pain points in the client organization
• Strong analytical interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the contract management and documentation
• Ability to work in the APAC Australia timezone and cultural sensitivity for South East Asian countries
• 4 6 years of experience in a BPO environment
• Any Bachelor s degree
• Proficient MS Excel and PPT
• Hands on experience in working on Order to Cash process i
• e Agreements Contracts Quote Management
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer Client facing experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt certified
• Maintain Own the Performance MIS for team
• Good understanding of Renewals Business
• Clear written oral communication skills with internal customers
• Sound analytical interpersonal skills
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
• Training experience is preferred
• Identify Implement process and operational improvement opportunities
• Internal QA would be handy
• Experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage
