Position Summary:


The Team Leader - Operations Support will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Operations Support team, which includes Stock Control Specialists and Data Analysts. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the team, providing guidance and support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Team Leader will report directly to the Head of DSC and will be based in Bengaluru, India and will work closely with the team in Breda and provide them with the needed reports and analyses.


Main responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Data Team (5 FTE)
  • Manage backlog, assign tasks, monitor progress and deadlines
  • Make sure daily KPI consolidation is done correctly and on time
  • Align priorities with DSC Manager (EU) and translate into team actions
  • Guide the team to deliver ad hoc analysis and dashboards based on site/management needs
  • Support team members with feedback, coaching, and development
  • Do performance reviews and handle HR-related topics
  • Improve existing processes (daily KPI flow, QA checks, backlog management, reporting)
  • Ensure good communication with DSC team in EU


What we are looking for

  • Experience in

    leading a data/analytics team

    (coordination + HR responsibility)
  • Background in

    business analysis, logistics or supply chain

    is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills to connect with EU colleagues and guide Indian team
  • Experience in process improvement (organizing work, defining structure, QA)
  • Agile/Scrum mindset (formal certification not required)
  • Servant leader style: focus on enabling the team to succeed, while following priorities from EU
