Role Overview

Team Lead – Marketing Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across

  Google Ads, Meta, Email, and Social Media

• Lead and manage a

  team of marketing interns

  ; assign and review daily tasks
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using

  Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

  , and similar tools
• Create performance reports and actionable insights on a

  weekly/monthly

  basis
• Collaborate with

  content, design, and sales

  teams to execute marketing initiatives
• Utilize tools like

  Canva, ChatGPT

  , and other AI-based platforms for content and automation
• Manage end-to-end

  social media marketing

  : content calendar, engagement tracking, and community interaction
• Research and implement

  AI-driven tools

  to improve marketing efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing)
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in

  digital marketing

• Strong grasp of

  SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media

  , and campaign analytics
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva

• Excellent

  communication, multitasking, and analytical

  skills
