Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to add value and grow business engagement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Manage all client communication throughout the pre-sales and post-sales stages. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and interactions. Maintain up to date data and MIS reports. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6 month to 1 year of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
