Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - Marketing Senior Executive to join our team at Eduonix, an industry leader in E-Learning/EdTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and leadership, with 7-14 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and product goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the E-Learning/EdTech industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
