The Growth Associate is the operationalbackbone behind Curies engagement. Youll work closely with the Growth Lead tobring users onto the platform and get them to return, powering Curies acquisition, retention, and identity verification efforts.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at theintersection of marketing operations, community engagement, and growthexperimentation. Youll be responsible for driving traffic across contentpillars, executing targeted campaigns, supporting funnel experiments, andensuring growth initiatives are launched flawlessly and on time.

What does your day look like

Running targeted campaignsacross email, in-app, and social to drive traffic to Curies content pillarsand new features
Managing campaigns end-to-end,from audience selection to A/B testing to launch, ensuring flawless execution
Supporting acquisition experiments with the Growth Lead, testing and scaling new channels to bringHCPs onto the platform
Tracking conversion ratesthrough the acquisition funnel and flagging opportunities to improve sign-upand activation rates
Executing retention campaignsthat bring existing users back to Curie Promoting high-impact Briefs,Games, and Podcasts in collaboration with the Content team to increase repeatvisits
Supporting NPI capture, licenseverification, and progressive profiling workflows to onboard and verify userssmoothly

What skills are we looking for

0 to 2 years of experience ingrowth, marketing operations, community engagement, or related fields(internships count)
Strong operational discipline;able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
Data-curious: comfortableinterpreting campaign performance metrics and identifying simple insights
Excellent written communicationskills for internal coordination and external outreach
Collaborative and proactive;you like solving problems across functions (Growth, Tech, Community)
Comfortable in a fast-paced,startup-like environment with shifting priorities
Interest in healthcare, media,or growth/product roles is a plus
