Role Description

This is a full-time, Work from office role for a Team Lead Manager located in Jaipur. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of Tellecallers , Sales heads, Social media managers and office staff in addition to the same, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising the calling and communication process, coordinating with clients and with the production house, ensuring deliverables, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Knowledge of Customer handling and Customer Interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high ticket value customers and International Customers.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a manufacturing or craftsmanship environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
