Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager, located in Kochi. The Team Lead Manager will oversee the daily operations, manage and lead a team of instructors and staff, and ensure high-quality training delivery. The role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs, developing training strategies, and providing guidance to students. The Team Lead Manager will also be responsible for performance assessments, addressing student concerns, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
