We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead our Hyderabad real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who can build a team from the ground up, onboard new local projects from Builders /developers, and drive revenue through structured sales strategy and leadership. Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for: • Hiring and mentoring a high-performance sales team • Driving sales of Hyderabad residential and commercial real estate projects • Building relationships with local builders to onboard and promote new inventory • Aligning team strategy with company growth plans This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to take full ownership of the Hyderabad vertical at Driven Properties India. Key Responsibilities Team Building & Sales Management • Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate advisors • Set individual and team sales targets; drive daily performance • Conduct regular reviews, field coaching, and training sessions Builder Relations & Project Onboarding • Actively connect with developers across Hyderabad • Present Driven India’s sales capabilities to onboard projects • Build and manage long-term builder relationships Sales Strategy & Client Handling • Lead from the front in major client discussions and closures • Create sales strategies based on market and project trends • Guide clients through the sales journey with personalized advisory Cross-Team Collaboration • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and admin teams for seamless operations • Support marketing with project inputs and lead conversion insights Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of real estate sales experience in Hyderabad 3+ years in a managerial/team lead role Strong builder network and project onboarding experience Proven track record in team building and high-ticket sales Excellent negotiation and communication skills Fluent in English; knowledge of Telugu/Hindi is a bonus Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Join Driven Properties India? Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to manage and guide a high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring proven real estate expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate consultants to meet and exceed sales targets. Drive daily sales activities, team performance reviews, and training initiatives.
