Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market prospecting.
• Present and market premium residential and commercial properties in Hyderabad.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
• Stay updated with Hyderabad’s real estate trends and RERA regulations.

Requirements

• RERA Certification (Telangana) – Mandatory

• Proven real estate sales experience (luxury/residential/commercial)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad’s property market
