Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager located in Anantapur. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a team, coordinating with other departments, setting and achieving team goals, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Team Lead Manager will also be responsible for performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

• Project Management and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate with different departments and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
