Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Manager located in Bharuch. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations of the team, delegate tasks, and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth workflow and achieve project objectives. Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding team members, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback to optimize productivity. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and achieve business goals effectively.
