Role & responsibilities

Overall hub operations, compliance, team management
Oversee daily operations, coordinate routes
Handle customer queries, manage delivery exceptions
Plan/track shipments, manage routing and dispatch
Sort incoming packages, manage storage & labelling
Load/unload vehicles, maintain hub cleanliness
Maintain digital records, assist report creation

Preferred candidate profile

Experience and Educational Background

1 to 3 years Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or last mile delivery operations.
Preferably a bachelor's degree or equivalent, especially for management positions.
Prior exposure to process optimization, vendor coordination, and data-driven decision-making tools is valued.
Ready to work in Shifts.

Critical for accurate product storage, packing, shipment, and inventory management.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects safely.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, and related technology.

Effective in interacting with team members, managers, vendors, and customers.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Capable of quickly identifying and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.
Team Collaboration:
Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to lead or follow as required.
