Job Responsibilities -
To prepare change control proposal and to initiate change control in SAP.
To collect raw materials as per rawmaterial requisition slip for dispensing.
To clean the dispensing booth, equipment, utensils as per laid down procedure.
To check the correctness of materiallike item code, material name, batch no, Mfg. date and expiry date, etc. on thecontainer label against raw material requisition slip before dispensing.
Physical dispensingof raw materials as per raw material requisition slip / dispensing label .
To transfer the dispensed materialsbatch wise at production areas.
To store loose containers of dispensedmaterials at designated place after dispensing.
To perform daily verification andmonthly calibration of weighing balances.
To update all applicable logbooks asper respective SOPs .
Must have knowledge about QMSdocumentation.
To maintain all cGMP records and QMS documentation timely.
To maintain the warehouse in neat and clean condition.
