### *Role Overview*

We are looking for an experienced *Team Lead* to manage a team of accountants and act as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 accountants.

* Manage client portfolios and oversee all deliverables.

* Perform bookkeeping in *QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Odoo, and Xero*.

* Handle month-end and payroll journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations.

* Generate MIS Reports (AR/AP Aging Analysis, Custom Reports).

* Conduct detailed financial statement analysis.

* Independently manage onboarding and transition of new clients.

* Ensure timely submission of financial reports and support audits.

* Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.

* Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries with confidentiality and professionalism.

### *Skills & Qualifications*

* *Education:* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (mandatory).

* *Experience:* Minimum 5 years in bookkeeping with hands-on experience in *QuickBooks/Xero/Sage Intacct*.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and complex financial data interpretation.

* Proficient in *Excel* (intermediate to advanced).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the team.

* Time management and multitasking abilities.

* Bonus: Knowledge of US/Canadian tax filings (Forms 1040, 1120, 1099, etc.).
