As a Team Leader – Non-IT Staffing, you will lead a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment and staffing services. You will be the key coordinator between the team, internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of hiring requirements.

Your role will combine team handling, client coordination, recruitment delivery, performance tracking, and support for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership • Lead, mentor and coach a team of recruiters to achieve monthly hiring targets. • Allocate recruitment requirements to team members and track progress. • Monitor team performance metrics and implement action plans.
