Essential Duties and Responsibilities (For Team Lead Role)

• The Billing Lead will be the first escalation point for billing and transactional questions from the production staff.
• The Billing Lead should be able to resolve the majority of these issues independently
• The Billing Lead will work closing with the Back Office Manager in deciding which issues are escalated back to the Performance Improvement Team
• The Billing Lead should be able to perform all function under his or her leadership (EMF cases, Bill Audit, Rate calculation)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct audits of billing transactions to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Improve billing workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Review billing data and documentation for completeness and correctness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement quality improvements.
• Ensure billing practices align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be a Graduate / Postgraduate.

• 3-5 years of experience in Team Leader or Quality assurance or relevant.
