Team Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our Dental Billing operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental billing, team management, and performance monitoring, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in the billing process.

Designation: Team Leader RCM

Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the night shift team handling dental billing operations.
• Monitor daily work assignments and ensure timely work completion.
• Review team performance and ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Handle escalations, resolve claim rejections/denials, and assist in complex billing scenarios.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Prepare and submit shift reports and team performance updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 2-3 years in US dental billing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of dental billing codes, insurance claims, EOBs, and denials.
• Proficient in using dental billing software and claim management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM).
