Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will be responsible for all design requirements for leader communications. You will report to the Manager of Communications and must have a good understanding of the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to comprehend the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to. **Key Responsibilities:** - Good experience and understanding of various core AWS services such as IAM, Cloud Formation, EC2, S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, Athena, and Redshift. - Proficient in Bigdata technologies including Spark, Scala, Hive, and Hadoop. - Experience as a Scrum Master for at least 2 years for a software development team applying Scrum principles. - Skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. - Leading the production support team activities efficiently. - Managing incidents and problems effectively to minimize impact on production. - Analyzing data to find the root cause of reported issues and providing progress updates to users. - Troubleshooting and resolving production issues using programming and query skills. **Qualifications:** - B.Tech /B.E /MCA **Experience:** - 5+ years of experience in conducting root cause analysis. - 6+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, Postgres. - Strong analytical skills and advanced SQL knowledge, indexing, query optimization techniques. **Skills And Competencies:** - In-depth understanding of Big Data core concepts and technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Scala, Hive, and AWS. - Good understanding of business and operational processes. - Proficient in problem/issue resolution and thinking creatively.
