Job Description

1. Manage a team of Store Employees for the Andhra Region.

2. Monitoring team's performances and making sure Monthly & Daily targets are met Store-Wise.

3. Taking Care of hospital activities such as Nursing Education Program, Baby Shower Activity, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Doctor's Day, Nurse Day, Children's Day & other similar activities done by all SIH stores.

4. Store responsibilities such as paying store expenses, clearing EB and rent bills for all SIH Stores.

5. Having monthly meeting with seniors at Head Office & present on the overall success of all the SIH Stores.

6. Visit two stores everyday, coordinate with the sales promoters to reach daily sales goals, train new sales promoters, and educate them on the products of our company.
